Глубины залегания литосферных магнитных источников под Балтийским щитом

Аннотация
В работе представлены результаты исследования глубин залегания литосферных магнитных источников под Балтийским щитом и прилегающими к нему территориями Русской плиты и Скандинавских каледонид. Расчеты глубин проведены с помощью метода центроида по глобальной модели аномального геомагнитного поля EMAG2v3. Минимальные значения глубины нижней границы магнитоактивного слоя литосферы (30–35 км) получены под обрамлением Балтийского щита – Русской плитой, северной и южной частями Скандинавских каледонид, максимальные (>45 км) – под Скандинавским полуостровом – на западе Свекофеннского орогена и кратоном Норрботтен. Остальная территория Балтийского щита характеризуется промежуточными значениями глубин (38–45 км). Из сопоставления полученных нами оценок глубины нижней границы литосферных магнитных источников с имеющимися в настоящий момент моделями распределения глубины Мохо под исследуемой территорией видно, что для большей части Балтийского щита магнитоактивный слой литосферы расположен в пределах земной коры, за исключением двух областей под Свекофеннским орогеном и восточной частью Кольского полуострова, что свидетельствует в пользу гипотезы о том, что верхняя мантия обладает магнитными свойствами в регионах, где наблюдаются положительные длинноволновые аномалии геомагнитного поля на спутниковых высотах. Полученные результаты показывают, что западная и восточная части Кольского полуострова могут различаться не только по скоростному строению коры и верхней мантии, что было установлено ранее различными сейсмологическими методами, но и по магнитным свойствам слоя верхней мантии, расположенного непосредственно под корой.
