Популяционно-генетическая структура волка (Canis lupus L.) Восточной Фенноскандии в условиях интенсивного пресса охоты на основе анализа мтДНК

Аннотация
Одной из важных составляющих антропогенного фактора, воздействующего на популяции диких животных, является охота. В представленной работе выполнен генетический анализ контрольного региона I мтДНК волка Республики Карелия и экспериментальной территории (Кондопожский район) на временном срезе в 10 лет. На основе анализа данных популяционной динамики хищника и его жертв, материалов по добыче, изменений пространственно-временной структуры и генетических характеристик, показана степень воздействия человека на население волка Восточной Фенноскандии. Современное гаплотипическое разнообразие волка региона, на фоне общего характерного для вида, бедное. Всего здесь выявлено два распространенных в Евразии гаплотипа, что, очевидно, объясняется историей вида – этапами сильного сокращения численности.
