Изменения спектра ЭЭГ, связанные с прослушиванием слов, у типично развивающихся детей и детей с сенсорной алалией

Аннотация
Проведен анализ связанных с событиями изменений спектра электроэнцефалограммы (ЭЭГ) во время прослушивания слов-существительных у 23 типично развивающихся детей и 23 детей с сенсорной алалией в возрасте от 4 до 10 лет. В θ-диапазоне ЭЭГ здоровых детей выявлена синхронизация в лобных, центральных и височных отведениях, а в большинстве отведений у детей с сенсорной алалией – десинхронизация. Межгрупповые различия в реактивности θ-диапазона ЭЭГ достигали уровня статистической значимости в отведении С4. В α-диапазоне у типично развивающихся детей наблюдалась десинхронизация ЭЭГ, у детей с сенсорной алалией – синхронизация. Различия в мощности α-активности достигали уровня статистической значимости в отведениях С3, F3, Р3, О1. Снижение синхронизации в θ-диапазоне ЭЭГ во время прослушивания слов у детей с сенсорной алалией может отражать нарушение процессов извлечения слов из памяти и меньшую эмоциональную вовлеченность в процесс восприятия речи, тогда как отсутствие десинхронизации α-активности в центральных отведениях – нарушение функционирования сенсомоторных нейронных сетей, участвующих в восприятии и генерации речи. Выявленные особенности реактивности ЭЭГ важны для понимания центральных механизмов восприятия речи у детей в норме, а также при таких нарушениях, как сенсорная алалия.
