ИНТЕРАКТОМ ПАРАОКСОНАЗЫ PON2 УКАЗЫВАЕТ НА НОВЫЕ ПУТИ РЕГУЛЯЦИИ РОСТА ОПУХОЛЕЙ

Аннотация

Исследован интерактом белка параоксоназы-2, кодируемой геном PON2. Проведен скрининг библиотеки кДНК при помощи дрожжевой двугибридной системы с целью поиска новых белков, взаимодействующих с PON2 человека. Анализ идентифицированных кандидатов наряду с ранее опубликованными данными по интеракторам, полученными другими методами, указывает на наличие значительного количества непрямых взаимосвязей PON2 с EGFR и, соответственно, возможные регуляции роста опухолей с мутациями EGFR при участии PON2.
