Фотосинтетический аппарат мха гилокомиума блестящего устойчив к низким экстремальным температурам

Аннотация
Показано влияние положительных и отрицательных температур, а также обезвоживания/регидратации на максимальную фотохимическую эффективность, скорость переноса электронов в фотосистеме II и нефотохимическое тушение мха Hylocomium splendens, широко распространенного в бореальных лесах Северного полушария. Обнаружено, что данный мох устойчив к воздействию низких отрицательных (–20 и –80°C) температур и значительным потерям воды. Напротив, в гидратированном состоянии он неустойчив к длительному воздействию положительной температуры (40°C). Высокая устойчивость к низким температурам и обезвоживанию позволили H. splendens успешно адаптироваться к произрастанию в северных широтах и занять обширный ареал.
