Вариации синапсиса хромосом в профазе I мейоза у слепушонок Ellobius tancrei гетерозиготных по робертсоновским транслокациям

Аннотация
Установлено, что у гетерозигот по робертсоновским перестройкам в профазе мейоза I могут формироваться различные варианты сочетаний мейотических конфигураций (различное количество тривалентов и разные по структуре цепочки хромосом) у одной и той же особи. В работе были исследованы два типа экспериментальных гибридов восточной слепушонки Ellobius tancrei, гетерозиготных по четырем робертсоновским транслокациям. Вместо ожидаемых четырех тривалентов были выявлены разные типы мейотических конфигураций на стадии пахитены, вплоть до цепочек из десяти элементов. Мы предполагаем, что вероятность прохождения мейоза в разных клетках зависит от структуры сформировавшихся цепочек и возможности их коррекции. Такие вариации могут приводить к снижению продукции гамет, но не к полной остановке гаметогенеза, что является основой для сохранения робертсоновских транслокаций в популяции.
