Аннотация

Статья посвящена вопросам организации и управления оборонными НИОКР США как одного из лидеров инновационно-цифрового развития. Авторы ставят перед собой цель углубить понимание организационно-управленческой составляющей оборонной сферы исследований и разработок как в концептуальном плане, так и с точки зрения её общей структуры, особенностей планирования и регулирования в условиях динамичных научно-технологических трансформаций. Отмечается активная тенденция к совершенствованию модели взаимодействия государственных организаций и бизнеса, выделяются наиболее значимые инновационные организационно-управленческие инициативы в сфере оборонных исследований и разработок, основные факторы и инструменты их реализации.

Ключевые слова: США, военно-ориентированные НИОКР, технологии, инновации, инновационная деятельность, конкуренция, цифровизация, национальная и международная безопасность.
