Аннотация
На территории России остатки завропод найдены в отложениях средней юры Западной Сибири (Mamenchisauridae), нижнего мела Поволжья (Volgatitan simbirskiensis), Забайкалья (Tengrisaurus starkovi) и Западной Сибири (Sibirotitan astrosacralis) и верхнего мела Дальнего Востока (Opisthocoelicaudidae). Большинство находок из нижнего мела принадлежат титанозаврам (Lithostrotia). Нижнемеловые отложения Западной Сибири наиболее перспективны для поиска сочленённых остатков завропод.
