Дифференциальный профиль экcпрессии генов унипортеров сахаров семейства SWEET в регуляции качественных признаков плода у видов томата (Solanum секция Lycopersicon)

Аннотация
Томат (Solanum lycopersicum L.) является важной агрокультурой и, благодаря существованию дикорастущих родственных видов (Solanum секция Lycopersicon), моделью для изучения развития сочного плода. В работе был проведен анализ экспрессии генов унипортеров сахаров SWEET1а, 1b, 1e, 3, 7a, 10a, 12c, 14 и 15 у видов и сортов томата. Для сорта Heinz (S. lycopersicum) выявлены гены, наиболее активные в корнях (SWEET1e, 3, 10а и 12c), листьях (SWEET 1a, 1e, 3, 10а и 12c) и цветках (SWEET1а, 1b, 7а, 10a, 12с, 14 и 15). Рост плода сопровождается повышением уровня транскриптов SWEET110a и 12c, созревание плода – SWEET1a и 15. Продемонстрирована дифференциальная экспрессия SWEET1a, 1b, 12c и 15 в спелом плоде инбредных линий от скрещивания S. lycopersicum сорт М82 × S. pennellii. ПЦР-РВ анализ показал, что общим для спелого плода анализируемых видов томата является экспрессия генов SWEET1а и 12c, а для видов S. pennellii, S. habrochaites и S. cheesmaniae – SWEET1b и 10a. Определено, что соотношение фруктоза : глюкоза эквимолярно у образцов, за исключением сортов Black Jack и White Beauty (фруктоза : глюкоза ≥ 1.10). Корреляций между уровнем транскриптов генов SWEET и соотношением гексоз не выявлено.
