Способы культивирования Arabidopsis thaliana в лабораторных условиях

Аннотация
Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh является одним из важнейших модельных организмов в различных областях науки: физиологии и биохимии растений, биологии развития, генетической инженерии, геномном редактировании и в других. Преимущества этих модельных растений: короткий жизненный цикл, простота культивирования, секвенированный и достаточно хорошо аннотированный геном, множество доступных данных о транскриптоме, протеоме, метаболических путях, мутациях. Культивирование A. thaliana в лабораторных условиях – важный аспект многих исследований в случае использования этого растения как модели. Выбор способа выращивания зависит от цели исследования, количества и типа необходимого биоматериала. Целью данной работы является обзор методов культивирования растений A. thaliana и их применимость для различных исследований.
