Влияние эндофитных бактерий Bacillus subtilis на рост проростков и лигнификацию корней Pisum sativum L. в норме и в условиях натрий-хлоридного засоления

Аннотация
Исследовано влияние эндофитных бактерий Bacillus subtilis (штамм 10-4) на параметры роста и устойчивости, а также интенсивность отложения лигнина в корнях проростков Pisum sativum L. в условиях натрий-хлоридного засоления (1% NaCl). Установлено, что воздействие засоления снижало энергию прорастания, всхожесть, длину корней и побегов проростков, их сырую и сухую массу, а также увеличивало содержание пролина и уровень перекисного окисления липидов (ПОЛ). Предобработка штаммом 10-4 оказывала стимулирующий в норме и защитный при засолении эффекты на проростки, что отразилось в улучшении энергии прорастания и всхожести семян, длины корней и накоплении их сухой массы в условиях засоления; однако по показателям роста побегов при стрессе существенной разницы от контрольных (небактеризованных) вариантов не наблюдалось. В то же время, штамм 10-4 способствовал более раннему формированию боковых корней, а также снижению стресс-индуцированного ПОЛ и содержания пролина в проростках, что свидетельствует о защищенности клеток от окислительных и осмотических повреждений в условиях засоления. Получены приоритетные данные о важной роли эндофитного штамма B. subtilis 10-4 в процессе лигнификации и укреплении барьерных свойств клеточных стенок корней, что вносит вклад в снижение токсического действия натрий-хлоридного засоления и реализацию протекторного действия этих бактерий на растения гороха.
