Влияние избытка цинка на активность компонентов антиоксидантной системы у растений Brassica juncea L. (Czern.) и Sinapis alba L.

Аннотация
В условиях вегетационного опыта изучали влияние цинка в концентрациях 5 (контроль), 50, 100 и 150 мг/кг субстрата на рост, интенсивность перекисного окисления липидов (ПОЛ) и активность компонентов антиоксидантной системы у растений Brassica juncea L. (Сzern.) сорт Славянка и Sinapis alba L. сорт Бельгия. Обнаружены некоторые различия и сходства в ответной реакции АОС изученных видов на избыток цинка в корнеобитаемой среде. Так, у B. juncea при воздействии цинка в высоких концентрациях изменений интенсивности ПОЛ не происходило, несмотря на высокое содержание металла в корнях и побегах. Вместе с тем уже в присутствии металла в концентрации 50 мг/кг субстрата наблюдалось увеличение активности гваяколовой пероксидазы (ГвПО) и каталазы. У S. alba при высоких концентрациях цинка в субстрате содержание металла в побегах оказалось выше, чем у B. juncea. При этом, заметно возрастало содержание малонового диальдегида, несмотря на усиление активности супероксиддисмутазы и ГвПО. У обоих изученных видов растений увеличение концентрации цинка в субстрате до 50 мг/кг и выше приводило к повышению уровня пролина, тогда как содержание каротиноидов снижалось. Учитывая, что в изученных концентрациях металл оказывал менее сильное негативное воздействие на рост побега у B. juncea по сравнению с S. alba, сделан вывод о большей устойчивости растений этого вида к избытку цинка в корнеобитаемой среде.
