Влияние экспрессии гетерологичного гена NDB2 Arabidopsis thaliana на рост и дыхательную активность Nicotiana tabacum

Аннотация
С помощью агробактериальной трансформации и последующего отбора получены линии табака (Nicotiana tabacum L.) с высокой экспрессией гена AtNDB2 (NDB2 из Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh.). Типичная по внешнему виду и величине экспрессии AtNDB2 линия 13s была исследована по ростовым показателям и параметрам дыхательной активности при оптимальной и субоптимальной температурах в сравнении с исходной разновидностью N. tabacum. Результаты показали, что в условиях субоптимальной температуры в растениях линии 13s наблюдалось усиление общего и альтернативного дыхания и снижение генерации супероксидного аниона. Скорость роста у растений с усиленной экспрессией AtNDB2 по сравнению с контрольными была снижена, особенно при температуре ниже температурного оптимума. Обсуждаются возможные причины таких изменений.
