Круглосуточное освещение повышает урожайность и пищевую ценность, и снижает содержание нитратов в микрозелени семейства Brassicaceae

Аннотация
Микрозелень четырех видов семейства Brassicaceae (брокколи, мизуна, редис и рукола) выращивали в условиях 16- и/или 24-часового фотопериода. В первой серии опытов интеграл дневного освещения был разным (15.6 и 23.3 моль/(м2 сут) при ФАР 270 мкмоль/(м2 с)), во второй – одинаковым (15.6 моль/(м2 сут) при ФАР 270 мкмоль/(м2 с) и 180 мкмоль/(м2 с)). В третьей серии опытов круглосуточное освещение применяли только в последние трое суток перед сбором урожая. Полученные результаты показали, что растения брокколи, мизуны, редиса и руколы на ранних фазах роста устойчивы к действию круглосуточного освещения и не проявляют типичных признаков фотоповреждения листьев. Микрозелень всех четырех видов, выращенная в условиях круглосуточного освещения, во всех трех сериях опытов имела более высокую урожайность и пищевую ценность (более высокое содержание веществ с антиоксидантными свойствами − антоцианов, флавоноидов, каротиноидов, пролина, а также повышенную активность ферментов антиоксидантной системы), и более низкое содержание нитратов по сравнению с растениями, выращенными при 16-часовом фотопериоде. Сделан вывод, что за счет использования круглосуточного освещения без увеличения энергетических затрат (при сохранении ИДО) возможно увеличение урожайности и пищевой ценности изученных видов микрозелени и снижение в ней содержания нитратов по сравнению со стандартным 16-часовым фотопериодом. Кроме того, повышение пищевой ценности и снижение содержания нитратов также возможно и при применении круглосуточного освещения (как агротехнического приема) в течение нескольких дней непосредственно перед сбором урожая.
