Влияние акклимации к повышенной температуре на механизмы засухоустойчивости у видов с разным типом фотосинтеза: Sedobassia sedoides (С3–С4) и Bassia prostrata (С4-НАДФ)

Аннотация
Исследовали действие засухи на морфофизиологические, биохимические и молекулярно-генетические параметры растений Sedobassia sedoides (Pall.) Freitag & G. Kadereit с промежуточным С3–С4-типом фотосинтеза и Bassia prostrata (L.) A. J. Scott с С4-НАДФ-типом фотосинтеза, выращенные при разных температурах (25 и 30°С). Снижение биомассы, содержания воды и эффективности квантового выхода ФС II (ФФСII), а также усиление экспрессии гена psbA, кодирующего белок D1 ФС II, при действии засухи наблюдалось у обоих видов, независимо от температуры выращивания. В условиях засухи при 25°С у обоих видов наблюдалось снижение содержания фотосинтетических ферментов рибулозо-1,5-бисфосфаткарбоксилазы/оксигеназы (РБФК/О) и фосфоенолпируваткарбоксилазы (ФЕПк), которое у S. sedoides сопровождалось значительным усилением экспрессии генов rbcL и PPDK. Акклимация растений S. sedoides к повышенной температуре приводила к усилению активности циклического транспорта электронов ФС I, а также к смягчению негативного действия засухи на световые реакции фотосинтеза (снижение NPQ) и содержание фермента ФЕПк на фоне сдвига ионного баланса за счет снижения содержания калия. B. prostrata проявил большую засухоустойчивость и характеризовался большей термолабильностью фотосинтетических ферментов, изменения в содержании и соотношении которых позволили данному виду поддерживать рост в условиях засухи при разной температуре.
