О расширении зоны гибридизации гольцов рода Salvelinus – кунджи S. leucomaenis и северной мальмы S. malma (Salmonidae) – в реках Камчатского полуострова

Аннотация
Приведены данные, подтверждающие расширение зоны гибридизации гольцов рода Salvelinus – кунджи S. leucomaenis и северной мальмы S. malma на Камчатке. Если ранее гибриды кунджа × северная мальма встречались только в р. Утхолок на северо-западе полуострова, то начиная с 2009 г. массовая гибридизация между этими видами происходит ещё в двух соседних с Утхолоком реках – Квачине и Снатолвееме. Микросателлитный анализ показал, что гибридные особи характеризуются промежуточными значениями аллельного разнообразия по сравнению с представителями родительских видов, а значения средней ожидаемой гетерозиготности гибридов выше, чем мальмы и кунджи. Результаты анализа материнского наследования у гибридных особей из р. Квачина совпадают с результатами исследований, проведёнными ранее в р. Утхолок, – у всех гибридных особей обнаружен один гаплотип, специфичный для кунджи, что указывает на то, что гибриды происходят от самок кунджи и самцов мальмы. Внешний облик и окраска гибридов кунджа × северная мальма из рек Квачина и Снатолвеем подобны таковым особей из р. Утхолок. Весьма сходные характеристики гибридных особей во всех трёх реках дают основания полагать, что механизм их появления в реках Квачина и Снатолвеем сходен с таковым в р. Утхолок – икру кунджи осеменяют карликовые самцы мальмы. В качестве возможной причины нарушения межвидовой изоляции рассматривается повышение локальной продуктивности рек в результате увеличения численности нерестовых стад горбуши Oncorhynchus gorbuscha и масштабных изменений климата Северной Пацифики. Весьма вероятно, что эти два фактора привели к улучшению условий нагула мальмы в речной период жизни и как частный результат – к росту численности созревающих в реке самцов мальмы.
