Повышение устойчивости пшеницы к нефтяному загрязнению с помощью эндофитных бактерий Bacillus subtilis

Аннотация
Изучено влияние обработки семян пшеницы суспензионной культурой клеток эндофитных бактерий штамма Bacillus subtilis 26Д и линии B. subtilis 26Д+н, отселектированной по толерантности к компонентам сырой нефти, на ростовые и биохимические характеристики растений пшеницы Triticum aestivum L. в условиях нефтяного загрязнения почвы. Показано, что инокуляция семян линией B. subtilis 26Д+н стимулировала у проростков рост и подавляла развитие окислительного стресса в условиях воздействия на растения нефтяного загрязнения в сравнении с контролем и растениями, инокулированными штаммом B. subtilis 26Д. Соответственно, бактерии B. subtilis 26Д+н способствовали более успешному росту растений пшеницы на загрязненных нефтью почвах, что может быть использовано для стимуляции роста растений на таких участках, и для возврата ряда из них в хозяйственный оборот.
