Сравнительная оценка ионообменных свойств полимерного матрикса клеточных стенок галофита и гликофита из семейства Amaranthaceae-Chenopodiaceae

Аннотация
Исследованы ионообменные свойства полимерного матрикса клеточных стенок, которые были выделены из листьев 55-дневных растений Spinacia oleracea L. сорта Матадор, выращенных на питательном растворе в присутствии 0.5, 150 и 250 мМ NaCl и листьев растений Suaeda altissima (L.) Pall того же возраста, которые росли в присутствии 0.5, 250 и 750 мМ NaCl. Ионообменная способность клеточных стенок оценена при разных значениях рН и ионной силы раствора. Получены данные о существовании в структуре клеточной стенки листьев трех типов катионообменных групп: двух карбоксильных, первая из которых принадлежит остатку галактуроновой кислоты, и фенольных ОН-групп. Определено количество групп каждого типа и константы их ионизации и показано, что качественный состав ионообменных групп в клеточных стенках листьев этих растений одинаков и не зависит от условий питания. Однако в зависимости от концентрации соли в среде выращивания в клеточных стенках и гликофита, и галофита изменяется количество карбоксильных групп полигалактуроновой кислоты. Отмечено, что такое изменение в составе функциональных групп полимеров клеточной стенки у галофита выражено более ярко и, вероятно, является одной из ответных реакций этих растений на засоление. Показано, что резкое повышение концентрации NaCl в среде приводит к снижению рН в экстраклеточном водном пространстве вследствие реакций обмена между ионами натрия, поступающими из внешнего раствора, и протонами карбоксильных групп клеточных стенок. Результаты проанализированы с точки зрения участия клеточных стенок листьев в ответных реакциях на засоление.
