Физиологические функции тромбоцитов и значение коррекции их нарушений при остром коронарном синдроме

Аннотация
Тромбоциты играют ключевую роль в развитии тромбоза и воспаления. Они являются ключевыми участниками патологического тромбоза в силу своей способности прикрепляться к поврежденным участкам кровеносных сосудов и дальнейшему накоплению в местах нарушения. Хотя активацию и адгезию тромбоцитов следует рассматривать как физиологический ответ на внезапную трещину или разрыв атеросклеротической бляшки, что в конечном итоге способствует ее репарации, неконтролируемое прогрессирование такого процесса в коронарных артериях может завершиться образованием окклюзирующего просвет сосуда тромба, приводящего к развитию инфаркта миокарда. Настоящий обзор посвящен, в основном, рассмотрению коррекции функции тромбоцитов с помощью антитромбоцитарных препаратов, которые обусловили существенные позитивные изменения в борьбе с острым коронарным синдромом и инфарктом миокарда.
